These people have been calling me for about a month or so, I would return the call and no one would answer so I would leave a message telling them that I know this is a scam and to lose my number. So today I get another call from them and called the number back immediately, this woman answered and said this was a Legal mediation firm, I told her I owed no money and was not involved in any legal cases and that I knew this was a scam and was going to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau, she said, is this Sonja Babbitt and I said yes, she told me to do whatever I felt I needed to do, she was going to save us both the time and just attach my statement to my file and wished me luck in court!!!! I in turn wished her luck in court as well!!!!
1) And I can't stress this enough - I don't HAVE any debt (outside of the things responsible adults have, mortgage, credit card, both paid on time).
2) You came to a site where scam callers are identified. You came to a thread where MULTIPLE people have said they don't have debt, they were left generic messages, they viewed it as a scam. NONE OF THEM MENTION OWING ANYONE ANYTHING. Yet you come along and say,
"Pay your debts, you so-and-so's" Who are you talking to? No one here appears to know that they owe anything. And then you say, "Oh, I'm so happy with this company." But offer up NOTHING that supports they are a real and legit company.
No name, no address, no phone number, no website, no BBB page, no public listing, nothing but a blank endorsement.
You could EASILY prove a company is legit by giving us the basic information, and letting us see who they are, where they're located, and how they conduct their business.
But you didn't. Instead, you offer up some curt and snobby reply that only further proves that this company is not a legit one.
And to those of you reading along at home;
ALL debt collectors MUST send you a 'debt validation' via the USPS (mailed...with a stamp, from the post office. E-mail and texts don't count) within 5 days of their first contact. If they don't, they are not a legitimate company, they are not legitimately collecting a debt, and (in most cases) the debt might not even exist. It's extortion.
Report them here https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1
And be sure to educate yourselves on how debt collectors should behave in accordance with the law.

Please prove to me that ANYONE receiving these calls actually owes a debt. I am making this simple request because I know for a fact that debt telemaggoters have a history of calling outdated numbers. This fact is best on my experience with receiving calls from debt telemaggoters seeking people that I never heard of.
Same exact messages from these dirt bags for about 2 months now. Same person, different last name...ive made complaints & now they just change their last name & call from a different #....& to douche Juan up above, if their so legit then why the name change? And if it's for some payday loan, I've never received a loan nor have applied for a payday loan. So that's a bunch of crock!
