I am fed up with this number harassing me all the time. It's calling everyday. I know it's a scam because I NEVER received no summons. This has been going on for months and needs to STOP!!!
I got this call today - same bullcrap as the other posters here. I know these are scams. It is embarrassing when they call my office and get someone else.
Hi there ..... I received the message from these people and tried to call them back ask what this is about and then left on me 3 times. they said I was going to go to a judge and possibly jail for some type of loan that I took out I was 10 years ago which I didn't take out they're very rude and we called them and they just kept hanging up in very rude people. is it true though can I get in trouble like that and go to jail? Scared me
I got a phone call from a female robotic voice, explaining that a civil complaint was filed against me. The paperwork will be served at my place of employment, or at home. For what? I'm assuming that this number was calling from a so-called "debt collection" agency. The last time I checked, I don't money to anyone!! I'm beyond FED UP of dealing with these scam phone calls!!!
That's all well and good but they have been robo calling our business weekly for months now. Unfortunately we are an International business and deal with people all over the country and all over the world. We don't necessarily know if Denver is a legitimate caller ID tag or not until we answer. They have a name of someone who has never worked here and tell us they are dropping our lines out of the robo call. Then they start up again. Doesn't really seem like we have a way to prevent it, and before these calls were coming from a Washington DC number.
