I am fed up with this number harassing me all the time. It's calling everyday. I know it's a scam because I NEVER received no summons. This has been going on for months and needs to STOP!!!
Keep calling for relative who doesn't live here - say they have papers to serve - said bring them out then and arrest me as I want to meet the server - they said I could resolve it - Said I will wait for them to have me arrested - Hung UP ..
Keep calling and first times i answered said party does not live here - then was informed I must forward this information to the person they are looking for - SLEAZE BALL SPAMMERS
I have only a basic, local calls out only landline. The phone number has been in my immediate family all my life, from my parents and since they are both passed, to me. The automated female says the call is for John Wesson or Resson and that she "needs" to serve him at his home or place of employment. The above phone number is left and a case number, and then says "you have been notified." Nobody by that name has had any tie to my home phone number all my life, and I'm 52! Some kind of scam that really is ridiculous!
They left a message with a robotic voice. I could hear background conversions during pauses.
"This message is intended for "my name". I received a fax order regarding a complaint that was filed against you. I have been retained to serve you with documents to appear either at your residence or your place of employment. If you have any questions or concerns about the complaint or wish to rectify the matter you will need to call 720-445-8319. When calling please reference file number ZOL247386. You have been officially notified."
Total hoax. Block them and don't ever call these numbers back.
