I receive at least 30 calls a day from Comenity from 720-456-3695 and we have no business with that debt collector. We recently got this home phone number and every since then they've been calling all day.
They're calling 3-4times a day. Just hung up on them after 9pm mi time. Just stop harassing me! Can't some lawyer just take them to court for violating mi code on collectors
I called 720-456-3695 back and they couldn't tell me why I'm even receiving the multiple calls for the past 3 days! Then why call and interrupt my work day? I don't have any credit cards through their bank and yet I continue to receive calls. The best part is when I do answer the call to see if I can get the calls to stop, they hang up on me. Ridiculous!!!
I have gotten a call every 20 minutes or so from 3 different numbers all belonging to this company 7204563695, 7204563680, and 6142125164 and they alternate from 8am to 9pm, and anymore than four calls in 24 hours is considered harassment, and even if i did have a late payment or an overdrawn account or any of that it wouldn't matter because I could file a lawsuit against the company for said harassment. Its getting ridiculous, I have to charge my phone 2 times a day because you call all day when I am at work, I had 20 missed calls from the time I got to work at 8am to my when i got home at 4pm, this is nuts and needs to stop now or i will be filing charges.
