this number indicated above must be stopped .they call few times a day.
Could somebody SUE them ?

No one here is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.

Call blocker is your best bet.  Also you might consider a cease and desist letter.  There are templates available on the internet.

This number has been calling repeatedly for the last few weeks. It's very frustrating

Its Comenity Bank, they only call if you have signed up for credit with a certain store and they want to keep you updated with your payments etc. If you did sign up for credit recently, call that store and ask what bank they use. If you didn't you can answer and ask them not to call again or get a blocking app like trucaller, which i got before and it also works. I hope this helps
