I receive at least 30 calls a day from Comenity from 720-456-3695 and we have no business with that debt collector. We recently got this home phone number and every since then they've been calling all day.
Yes, but the process is slow and expensive. Someone actually has to file a case. Get a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize. You might also consider sending them a cease and desist request. You can find templates on the internet.
