I receive at least 30 calls a day from Comenity from 720-456-3695 and we have no business with that debt collector. We recently got this home phone number and every since then they've been calling all day.
This is a very rotten company. I don't know how a nice store like Herbergers can have such a poor company handling their credit card. They called 8 times yesterday, and 6 times so far today, and my account is paid in full. There
should be a law against such harassment.
I would like to sue them since i made arrangements and do not have to bring accounts current until 9/30 but they call me constantly on a phone used for work! If you find a class action on them please respond since I'll join it.
I received over 21 phones in the last 7 days and had no idea what company kept calling. No message, no ID other than Colorado... I just kept ignoring it and blocking it. Had I known it was the very bank that I was trying to contact to get help to pay online I might have answered it. Instead, I didn't want to answer another phone call where a robot is just trolling.
