OMG this place is crazy. A woman just left a message on my mom's answering machine. "Hi (mom's name), this is Kayla Howard. I am trying to get a hold of (my name). Please have her call me at 720-494-2980.
It is BC Services, what I have found they collect most of the debt for Longmont businesses.
This place has NEVER called MY house or sent me anything in the mail. I haven't lived with my mom for eight years!
These [***] sent a process server to my dad's residence. This [***] shows up 2 days in a row being beyond obnoxious for more than 15 minutes at a time. So I called and left nasty message on their voicemail. This dumb [***] shows up on the 3rd day with the cops claiming my dad "threatened" her. My dad is disabled and uses walking canes to get around. This [***] looked real dumb when I got done with her and this piece of [***] company. Criminals aren't this scandalous!

Just received a call from a Stacey Lang with BC Services. She left me a voicemail. I called her back and asked what it was regarding as all my bills are paid on time and I have received nothing from anyone showing that I owe anyone any money. I asked her what this was regarding, she said she couldnt say until she could verify I am who I say I am. Wanted me to verify the last four of my ss#, even asked when my bday was. I told her she was not getting anything from me until I knew what it was regarding or what company she was collecting for. I then told her that looking up the number she called from 303-352-3737 and the number she left on the voicemail for me to call her back at 720-494-2980, showed online that her company are trying to scam people. I asked if it was a doctors bill, a dentist bill. All she could say was yes, but I need to verify you are who you say you are, then she proceeded to tell me that we have spoken before. I screamed at her, telling her to remove my name and number from her list. And called her a liar before hanging up on her. Obviously if I owed someone money....a collection agency would more than likely mail me something. NOT do it all by phone!
First they asked to speak with my 6 year old son, then left a message for me to call "an old friend named Blake" never knew anyone named Blake so I knew it was BS. Is that even legal for a collection agency to do?!?!
