OMG this place is crazy. A woman just left a message on my mom's answering machine. "Hi (mom's name), this is Kayla Howard. I am trying to get a hold of (my name). Please have her call me at 720-494-2980.
It is BC Services, what I have found they collect most of the debt for Longmont businesses.
This place has NEVER called MY house or sent me anything in the mail. I haven't lived with my mom for eight years!
actually trying to scam me by mail -- a old account cancelled by a class action court case by original creditor committing fraud and the first collection agency was told and given proof of court case and me in victim list still tried collecting for few years and now either sold it to bc services or this bc plain old looked up old collections on people and scam away
and do search the bc services address history since the same old po box 4115 concord ca was used by afni and portfolio recovery and others actually shut down by ftc with orders not to be in this kind of business ever again
really looking like same old afni and portfolio recovery is back with new name
I was served and went to court. Lutheran Medical center never filed the claim on my insurance and then sold the file to BC. I gave Lutheran and BC all my info and no one has filed the claim. I finally found out I could do it myself but it has been 1 week too long and they will deny it. Marybel was supposed to call Aetna and give them the claim info but Aetna said there is no record of her calling at all, she says they won't talk to anyone til I answer one question...Aetna said she never called at all. I have court tomorrow and I just want these [***] to do right by me.
Hopefully your courts are more honest than ours. In ours, the plaintiff doesn't show up and the judge calls around looking for them. Usual HONEST procedure is when the plaintiff doesn't show up, the case is dismissed...end of story.
Got a call from "Kirby". Who names their kid after a vacuum cleaner? They were looking for my exwife even though we divorced 6 years ago. I believe they are a ghosting company who buys old debt for cents on the dollar. Anything they can squeeze out of you is pure profit. She filed for bankruptcy so there is nothing to collect. They operate out of an old warehouse in Longmont, Co. When the Butterball turkey processing plant closed, many of them went to work for this company.
