That is their same MO they scare you. They threaten you. They call names and get loud. When you ask for a physical location or a debt validation letter you will never get it!!
What has happened is they have purchased your personal private information. The original debtor sold it to them more than likely. They make calls to scam and they such you dry if you give them your checking account number!! So do not!!!! Also they work with Money Pak and Green dot corp. Money pal will claim that they have fine print on the back of their card and they will not identify the crook you paid. They support this activity and cover for them.
I know how you all feel, I felrt the same way until I got picked up and charged for a payday loan I forgot I even did!!!!!!! Wish I would have responded to the call and my lesson learn is not everything on internet is true
