Answered to dead air.

Caller ID said "Officers."  Right!  Did not answer.  No message.

Based on comments, this is a very dangerous practice now being used to record your voice saying "YES".  The recording will then be used in various nefarious schemes to obtain goods and services using your identity with your voice authorizing the sales.

Calls but never leaves a message so it can't be important.

As Curmudgeon said, this is a phone number using the new "say yes" scam. DO NOT answer under any circumstances. They are trying to record you saying "yes" to place charges on your account.
