Who called from 7274519969

Just got a call from this number with a garbled recording. All I could make out was that it had to do with a legal proceeding. Since it was local number, I called it back and it was answered by a guy with a heavy indian accent, an obvious scammer.

Called said to be from US Treasury.  Saying I owed back taxes.  Clearly a scam and when I called him out he responded with "Do whatever you want".

Received message from this number stating a fraud claim had been filed against me and to call this number asap. Obvisouly a scam.
