Same here - called my cell.  I am in Illinois.  Rang quite a few times.

Called my cell on 1/05/16; was blocked by my app, Mr Number.

Robocaller for lowering your credit card interest rate. Called me in Oregon at 8:20 1/5/16 and woke me up. When I got a representative on the line to complain he hung up on me. I have no credit cards.

I also got a call from this number on 1-5-16 @ 11:55 AM. Did not  recognize the number & I did not answer the call. From the looks of this page it appears to be a phone solicitor out of Florida.
