Who called from 7279192580

Just got a missed call from this number, tried to call back - says the number or code is invalid. Usually, if I DO answer, and they start talking, I interrupt and ask if they have permission to call my cell and where they got this permission from... instead of responding, they hang up. Good call, good call.

Wanted credit card info to reduce interest rates. Yea right. Pressed one and a man answered and when asked how he got my number he hung up.

My phone ranged. I answered it. I said hello. No-one said anything and they're phone just hung up as if someone just wanted to here my voice.

Called my cell phone no message.  I'm In Kansas

this number called my cell  (Chicago area) - didn't answer. Scammer!
