These people are apparently class A fools. I've gotten no less than 4 calls a day for the past three days (from three different numbers, might I add)...on something that I know has been paid...over FIVE YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!! They don't (or won't) leave a message and they will harass you mercilessly. As aggravating as they are, just ignore the calls. Do not talk to them or bother calling them back...it's a total waste of time and they WILL rip you off if you let them.
I AM SICK OF ALL THE UNDERHANDED METHODS THIS IDIOTS ARE USING...CALLING MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE...HOW DID THEY GET THE NUMBER ANYWAY?! AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 10 YEARS AND I HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS AT ALL AND WHY ARE THEY STILL CALLING....?!

Still calling once a day. After they called about 500 times and never left a message they are now on my blocked list. Again I have no debts that I know of and have had this number for over 20 yrs. If they are after my ex.... Good Luck with that!! My question is still what is legal or just about them calling your home or cell repeatedly when they have no legitimate business with you?? Class Action for harassment??
