Ahaha my caller was jack. I had a rough day today so i felt like playing with him. 'if you fixed my computer last month, what is my name?' 'well, we don't know that.' well you better' he told me: 'let me check my computer' and very quietly hung up. Called me back a few minutes later and told me my daughter's name, who now lives in florida. I know what he did, he did a reverse phone number and got her name and address. I said, if you fixed her machine, what kind of system does she have. Well, a windows computer.' but what is the brand, you would know that.' he didn't seem to get it that her system hasn't been around for a long time. Then he told me it must be mine. Lol' i have been a shade tree tech for years. I just took my system down to factory. Told him my system wouldn't be making any errors on m$. I had to go but told him if he wanted to have a back and forth conversation that he would never win, he would have to call back tomorrow because i had to leave. He gave me a security number that i am supposed to use if anyone else tries to talk to me. What a buffoon! I was amused. [***].
this number called today and didn't leave message. looked up number on this site, called the number back and when the guy answered i started banging my heavy stapler sharply on my desk, very close to the microphone on my cell. he hung up and I called right back--got his voicemail, told him DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN! and banged the stapler on the desk for about 30 seconds. then i blocked the number. i know they just get another number to call from but it made me feel a little better!
