Offered to lower interest rates, I pressed "1" to get to an agent.
I asked what company they were with and they said "Bank of America".
"Cool. If you're calling me then you should have my name as it appears on the card and the last four digits of the card number."
The guy responded "8672".
"I'm looking at my card now and that's not even close. You're full of [***]."
"[***] you", they responded, and hung up.
I called this number back and was given the option to "Press #1 to have this number added to my Do Not Call List" and I happily pressed 1. Definitely a spam number.
Called my cell......robo-chick HEATHER who must be Rachael's evil, ugly twin.......wants to lower my interest rates. Oldest tele-trash scam out there and still going strong.
