This company robo-calls my private "do not call" registered line at least once a day, all hours, from morning until night. The answering machine announces "First Credit Se." I have never done business with this company, do not have any accounts past due, and have exceptional credit. I do not answer unsolicited phone calls, either. I have reported them, but it makes no difference. What is the next level of investigation required to get them to STOP?

We just got our number when we bought our house, and no one knows are home # so whenever the phone rings i know it is this scam. I am tired of the calls! The number they tell me to call back is 732-726-5692 i have never called them back just wish they would stop
Company called my Sprint Cell# left detailed message, very difficult to understand. Wants me to call back to "work things out" but says they will escalate issue. Act like they want me to call and chat. My only concern is they mentioned a name of a doctor I have not seen in many years. He has a very generic name, could be a shot in the dark. I had insurance, not aware of any issues.
I just beat another debt collector over a cable bill in a city I have never lived. Took me hours to resolve, and the "cable provider" (the account holder) says they may refile because I have to prove identity theft from 2003 even though the credit bureaus agree with me. (went to police station twice for report, they do not have time, 3 other people were there for same reason!) I have plenty of documentation. It is funny how mystery debts show up after years of silence. The government really needs to get involved with this! What is stopping them!!!!
It is racketeering pure and simple, No ID theft, Just wrong me!!!!!!
I keep receiving the same message from 1800-392-4092, they leave a message, say it is urgent and not a sales called, and I must call them back right away. They do not leave their name or company. I call the 1800392-4029 number and was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on them. They keep calling and leaving very rude messages.
