This company robo-calls my private "do not call" registered line at least once a day, all hours, from morning until night. The answering machine announces "First Credit Se." I have never done business with this company, do not have any accounts past due, and have exceptional credit. I do not answer unsolicited phone calls, either. I have reported them, but it makes no difference. What is the next level of investigation required to get them to STOP?
Some rude woman left a message on my pre-paid cell phone.Didn't ask for a name or anything and didn't state who she was but said "You better call me back,you need to know what I got to say to you,so call me NOW or else" and left her number repeated it 3 times and hung up.She had a thick maybe Jersey/NY accent.My pre-paid cell phone is for emergency and business use when I travel and is never used any other time.I called this "woman" back and got a recording if I had my extention number press 1 if not press 2.So I pressed 2 and the same woman picked up the phone and said "Yeah,hello what" I informed her that she called my private prepaid cell phone and asked what she wanted and who she was.She asked for a ms.Johnson.I told her there is nobody by this "johnson" name and asked who she was and what company she was with? She said very loud "Well,where is ms.johnson,she best be talkin' to me now" I told her again,I don't know a ms johnson.She then said "Well,do you know where ms.johnson is?" I AGAIN told this dimlight that I do not know a ms.johnson at all.I informed her this is a private pre paid business cell.She then said "Well I be takin' you off the call list" and slammed the phone down.
I highly doubt this is any real business.The woman was rude as can be and very loud when she spoke.She used poor english and slag words.I think it is a scam.If it is a collections company,the need to hire more well spoken people.I hope for their sake they do not call me back.
We have gotten messages from this number at our home and on my wife's cell phone. He sounds Jamaican and says his name is Emanual Jackson (if I understand him correctly). He does not say a business name. He leaves a message that says I have been trying to contact you for over 2 weeks and don't understand why you don't call me back. Says it is not a sales call but a personal business matter that concerns me. Leaves and 800 number (800 392-4209) for me to "show him the courtesy" and call hime back. "It is imperitivew that you call". Also says their business hours are 8-5 East Coast time.
