Got a call from them on my mom's answering machine. Said there was a claim sent to their office and if they did not get a call back they would file suit against me under Federal and State code 95-100. My mom called panicked thinking that my identity was stolen or possibly I was in some sort of legal trouble. Well I looked up the code they were going to use to file a suit against me....that is the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Really? Bunch of crooked liars.

My mom received a phone call left on her answering machine this afternoon from a Mr. Redick. He stated my full name and said that I needed to call him asap. He stated that someone had made very serious allegations against me about a very serious matter and he was conducting an investigation and needed me to call him back to get clarify some details. They are also calling my work constantly. I had taken my mom’s number and my work number off of all my bills over a year ago. I don’t know how they got these numbers!
