I received voicemail message from this firm today as well stating they had a "legal matter" to discuss with me and if I had retained an attorney they could speak to him. My caller ID registered 770-234-0101 but the call back number left was 800-935-1139. I am very grateful for this website as, after reading the posts, I have no intention of calling this joker back as I have no bad debts and nothing in collection. No sense in getting my blood pressure up for nothing. I just wanted to be sure people were aware of BOTH numbers so they know not to answer the calls.

They are a collection agency for some sort of bank... whatever bank New York and Company uses for their credit cards. They gave me all of my roommates information over the phone (kind of dangerous and a little rude... makes you scared of who has your info out there) and kept saying it was for an account with New York and Company.

I just got a call from a John Moor from this same number...gave all the information on my case including the number to a co worker...what kind of company would do this? Isn't that illegal...He mentioned that I would be served with papers here at work...Never have I even given them my work information. This is crazy

can you show me how to stop the calls, and how to sue these clowns. I have 20 years experience in the collection industry and know ALL the laws. you are entitled to $1000.00 for their FDCPA violation...404-856-9280,leave contact info even Bill collector?
