You can contact the attorney general office about those threats and make sure u save those messages that is FDCPA violation and they can file suit against them and so can u!!!
Recieved a call from them today, couldnt understand anything except, you moved, and need to call back by 5pm today. Not sure what they wanted and frankly if its, money well i am out of work with a baby. so they can send me something in writitng.
Received a message from this number yesterday. Sounds like a scam - said it was an "ongoing investigation" concerning "#### Moore Ave in Fountain". He spoke fast and gave his name as "Mr. Bryant" (or Bryan). Gave a phone number and case number and instructed me to call back immediately on this "Urgent matter". I have the message saved as an MP3.
Some lady left message on my machine claiming someone had file a greivance on my ssn and that I need to call 1-800-935-1139 ext 2193 to discuss the matter in full. I have not and will not be calling any of them.
