This number has called me twice in the past hour. I *67 them back and was told it was an attorney's office. I told the man that he didn't sound like an attorney, and asked him where he took his bar exam. I explained to him that my wife is an attorney, so I am used to speaking with one (she isn't, in fact I'm not even married) and I started asking him qualifying questions. He told me that he isn't the attorney, but he worked for one. I asked him why an attorney would be calling and he told me to collect a debt. I told him that as a doctor (which I'm not) who is married to an attorney, I have no outstanding debts and please quit with the harrasment. He informed me that he couldn't remove my number if he didn't know it, which made sense, but I wasn't going to give it to him. Maybe it didn't make sense for me to call and harass him, since it doesn't get me off the list, but if they are going to call me repeatedly, I intend to return the favor. I have since called back 7 times this afternoon and I can see that it is starting to piss them off. I have talked to 3 "different" people, who all unbelievably have the same voice. This is actually getting to be pretty fun! You should try it. They don't like it at all.
I should also mention, I have never done business with AT&T. I have no outstanding hospital bills. If this were a student loan, maybe I would think they are legit, but they have nothing on me. All of my bills get paid, even if it means I do without.
Omg! "Mr. Parkman" has been calling me for weeks! Im so glad I found this, I was researching my options. Said I owed for a bill that I owed for my medical expenses but guess what! He said it was filed under my husband's name. Wow! I haven't been on my husbands insurance in YEARS! Then he said "you sound like a smart lady...quit trying to manipulate the situation". So glad I know the truth....AND he gave the 770 # from Georgia I think it was yet calls me from a 972# which is a Dallas exchange.
They called for my wife . But they would not tell me what they wanted. The woman said she would be violating the Hipa oath if shr told me what the financial . I matter was about.
told her that was for medical information and she just got rude and refused to speak wih me. I think scam.
They call me constantly and I get this message...this morning was the kicker...called at 8:04 am. Guess they are being NICE by not calling before 8? I wish I could block them! I may tell MY attorney about it and see if there's anything he can do.
