They also called me today i've already contacted a lawyer in the family about this. Such a shame they try to scare people. A lawsuite needs to be filed against them if they can be found.
calling my parents house which I do not live at and they have only called me once and said I have 7 days to respond and you've been warned. yeah it has to be a scam
I just received the same call and when I called back they put me on holed so I hung up..but what made me suspicious was the fact that they did not identify themselves or give the name of the person that they were looking for.
Same message have gotten this call before. Seems I get this call always around the holidays. For the last 3 yrs. Also they called my work the last 2 yrs. Will be waiting to see if they do it this yr. I only write one check a month , and just started writing checks , before I have not written a check in about 8 years. So I know this is fraud.
