These are skip tracers looking for info on a debt. They pretend they are giving away something to get your name and address, then hit you with debt letters.
Thank God for caller block. Got tired of getting this call so Comcast has caller block and I used it. I can sleep happily now knowing I will never get the call again.
I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize on caller ID & come online to check them out. Very annoying to receive so many calls when on the DO NOT CALL LIST. So let them be annoyed too when they keep calling & don't get an answer!!!!
