Just received a call from this number a little bit ago....just breathing then hung up. WTF

I just don't answer the phone whenever caller id shows a number I do not know. If a message is left then I can decide IF I want to return the call.

Called the number back and got a busy signal.....Losers calling again!

I keep getting calls from this number & they don't say anything or they speak in another language.  I say do not call again, but, of course they do.
