Called at 7:30 am, we're in Quebec, glad I didn't answer.  Guess they're back at it!
Fun & games, so much for sleeping in. LOL

It's most likely a spoofed number on VoIP.
That way, they are untraceable and can call anywhere in the world without charge.

I'm in Ontario.
Noise of people talking in the background, caller with east Indian accent said he was from "Windows Computer World Headquarters" I sarcastically replied, "sure you are" and hung up. (and added the number to my blacklist)

It funny that many of these tech support telemaggoters tend to claim they are from Windows as opposed to Microsoft. I don't know how common these calls are in Canada,  but it quite common here in the US. In fact my mother has received multiple calls in the last few years. They have been known to call several times a day within a two or three hour period.
