had the call early at 7 am, we are in Quebec, my dad respond the call, since he barely know english he tried to arguue. apparently they ask us if we need some technical support to our computer. As I can see here its pretty much a scam. Next time, i would hang out or/ definitely would ask they speak us in french, hopefully they would get lost.
If u get those, speak another language than english if u can. If u keep argguuing they may just continue to talk.
