I just got the same call from Steve Smith and then a few min. Later, Barry Cooper ( badge number 19960) from Florida called and left a message. I called him back and same thing. From IRS and investigation against me and I can take care of $2561.00 now or I will get thrown in jail. I Am soon sick of these pucks. I really hope hey get caught!
IRS will never contact you via telephone regarding any tax issues. They will always mail correspondence to the address you filed taxes under. Please do not fall for these tax fraud scams!
