I just got the same call from Steve Smith and then a few min. Later, Barry Cooper ( badge number 19960) from Florida called and left a message. I called him back and same thing. From IRS and investigation against me and I can take care of $2561.00 now or I will get thrown in jail. I Am soon sick of these pucks. I really hope hey get caught!
IRS will NOT call you. You will also NOT receive a call stating that they are going to issue a warrant for your arrest. If there is an actual warrant you will receive a visit. They are trying to scam you out of $$. And if you trek them you know it is a scam they get vulgar. They keep using different numbers. The other day I received 2 call stating that I am hiding from the federal government. Told them I didn't know a federal employee with federal fingerprint cards can hide from the federal government. That's when he asked if I wanted his d##k in my mouth. I gave the print off of the visual voice to text to a sheriff's deputy that is my friend. He stated there is no way to catch them, They even called the regular number for dispatch and were harassing the dispatcher. All he can say is NEVER give out your personal information.
