Funny Andy Collins just called me from a Chicago area code (312) 465-1378, ext 3009. He sure moves around. I didnt speak to him, but he left a voicemail and referred to me by 2 different last names. He also said he was calling about a summons of complaint and that this called served as my notification. That if I want to avoid legal proceedings to call and rectify this matter immediately. I'm not calling but I am going to file a report.
Got this same call and when I called Megan Alexander back was told that if I wanted to update the info she could send the correspondence out to me. I said no and she states she will send it back to the original company. What a crock.
Left voice mail on my cell phone. Blocked it. Said his name is Donnie Belford ???, not sure. Definitely a call center. Phone number said Miami, FL Said...We have an important matter here attached to your personal information and would like a call back before making a final recommendation.
I received a voicemail stating that they had enough evidence collected against me and would be continuing with legal action towards me. That my lack of cooperation can be considered malice. That if I wanted to resolve this case prior to the matter being turned over to "Human Resources" then to please call him back at 786-270-5910. I have no clue who this is, he didn't state what company he was with, but I do know that it is illegal for them to pose as an attorney / legal staff and / or LEO.
