Funny Andy Collins just called me from a Chicago area code (312) 465-1378, ext 3009. He sure moves around. I didnt speak to him, but he left a voicemail and referred to me by 2 different last names. He also said he was calling about a summons of complaint and that this called served as my notification. That if I want to avoid legal proceedings to call and rectify this matter immediately. I'm not calling but I am going to file a report.
They called my cell phone asking for my father by name. I asked what this was in regard to and they said that someone has filed a civil complaint against him but would not give me anymore information unless I gave them the last 4 digits of his SS#. My father lives out of the country and does not visit Miami where this complaint was made. Sounds like a scam
