Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
Received the same call today. When i called back they couldnt give me any information. They hung up on me(im the last person anyone wants to hang up on) after finding out that i work with my law enforcement. When i called back they rehung up on me. The next time the phone was dead. I told them its illegal to have someones ssn without permission. They didnt like the fight i put up or the authority i had behind me. I called the real anderson law firm and they confirmed that it is a scam and they have even gone as far as to report them to the fbi. This number was from alabama, 334 316 2525. Needless to say they didnt get very far and im sure they wont be in "business" much longer.

Please anyone that receives calls from these people, do not pay them any money. This is a scam! Anyone with common sense knows that law firms and collection agencies don't handle business like this and furthermore, no person with a thick Indian accent is named Steve Johnson or any other American name. If you ever applied for a loan online then that's one of the ways they got your information. So please be cautions.
