Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I received a call from this number today saying they are Anderson Law Firm and that there was a case against me for failure to p ay a cash advance loan that i received via direct deposit into my bank 6 months ago, problem is i never received a cash loan and another so called law firm called me yesterday at my work and said the same thing only they were from California, All callers had thick Indian accents and could not or would not answer my questions...I told them I knew it was a scam and to stop calling, the first calls were getting rude and accusing me of fraud if i didnt make a deal to pay them now I would be in court in my own state by next Monday...the secon call asked me if I had my attorneys name and number with me now....trying to intimidate me. I never received any cash loan and this is clearly a fraudulant claim and calling from numbers that arent really theirs, California and Florida....BEWARE!

I got a phone call yesterday saying that I took out a loan about six months ago and it started off with one number then I had them give me the name of the bank and I spoke to the bank they have no informamation of me in there system. So I called and got protected this a scam. PLEASE BEWARE.
had the same thing, they are calling my phone and my work, being rude and really annoying. The best way to deal is not to communicate with them period, i had people like that a while ago, and not to answer or just hang up works the best.
I had the same thing happen to me today, threaten my job abd everything. They told me I would be arrested within 72 hours, that I had commited fraud and I would lose my job because they would take my employer to court also. It really helps to find this site and realize that this is a scam. I am reporting them to my local law enforcement.
