Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I got a call today from 786-245-5199 stating it was
Anderson law firm and i had a loan out. I had an attorney
Call them back and they hung up. I did not get anymore calls.
THEY MUST BE GETTING DESPRATE MY CALLS HAVE STOPPED FOR THE TIME BIEN I HAVE FILED ALSO AND BLOCK THIER NUMBERS ..I CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM I WILL COME AND SEE THEM IN 72 HOURS..SCARE THE SH** OUT OF THEM BACK!

I just started receiving phone calls a few days ago from this number. A man with a heavy foreign accent said he's from the Anderson Law Firm in FL. They call my job and cell phone every day all day. I told him to stop calling me and I reported him to the FBI, and he hung up the phone. They started calling me again 2 days later. I told him to stop calling my job and harassing me and I would report them to the FBI and Police. He hung up then called right back. I asked him for his address and he said what's going to happen. I told him that I worked for a law firm and he will get what's coming to him in the mail. He gave me some bogas address. Then started calling me again on my cell phone.
I am continually getting ca;;s from this number. THey have also called my job. They are saying that I took out a loan from Cash Advance, of which I have not. They get very rude - cursing, threatening, and sexual comments. I have decided that I am going to call them 3-4 times every day. They get very aggravated and hang up. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
