Just recieved one of these from Eugene Baker claiming I owed $1400, except it came by email. Never had any loan with CashAdvance USA. They threatened me as if they were the law. Wrote me my rights in print as if they were arresting me. Fortunately, I have Legal Shield with fraud protection. This [***] better start running, because he is about to get mowed.
I just got a call and since I knew something wasn't right, I started calling them back. they began to say that they were going to sue me for harassment. they had all of my personal info to boot! so once I started demanding their information they hung up on me. so just as relentless as they were calling me back to back so was I. it got to the point that they stopped taking my calls and all I get is a busy signal. I have already alerted my bank just in case, but I think they are now regretting f*cking with the wrong one! I will PURSUE them until they go to someone else and try to scam. I will DEFINITELY be reporting this in EVERY forum I can find and hopefully I can sue Pay Day loans for such a breach of information. I think they got the hint from me but you know what? F*uck em! I'm giving them hell every chance I get!
