Total SCAM!!!!! Called saying they represented Microsoft and operating system on the computer wasn't updated. I pushed back and once I told them the computer belonged to a deceased relative and hadn't been turned on in two years--they hung up! Don't provide any info!!!' Hang up.
They called me regarding an anti-virus on my computer. I said I wasn't near my computer right now and mid-sentence he hung up. It was very sketchy and I am unsure of the company and how they have my number.
Called about updating anti virus software set to expire only computor. Told him I would relay message to homeowner and she knows who to contact for upgrade! Hung up on me before I could finish! SCAM you think!!!!
