Total SCAM!!!!! Called saying they represented Microsoft and operating system on the computer wasn't updated. I pushed back and once I told them the computer belonged to a deceased relative and hadn't been turned on in two years--they hung up! Don't provide any info!!!' Hang up.

I received a call from 786-358-9446, but when I answered, they hung up. I called back, and she asked if this was the "used my last name", and then said an anti-virus software hadn't been downloaded. I told her I had several devices, and she said she was talking about the computer! I said I'd check to see if I had received it, and would get back to her-FAT CHANCE!!!! There was nothing in the emails either!
Called me by my first name: caller had NO accent (shocker!). Claimed I had a failed update to my firewall recently. I requested to be deleted and to please not call again.
Very friendly Miranda, I believe her name was, asked to speak to me (by my first and last name) and said they have been trying to send messages about my firewall but they were bouncing back giving error messages for ( she read my email address back to me). she was, of course, offering to facilitate the matter and before she got any further I advised her I already had somebody that could take care of that and hung up. I have caller ID and there was no business name with the phone number.
