Well I received 2 calls from 786-398-9367 today on my answering machine. I was trying to figure out why a lawyer was calling me and at the end he said you need to call me right back or have your lawyer call me. He made it sound so legal.I couldn't understand some of the message so that sent up a flag. I am so glad I looked up the number on the internet. My phone number is unlisted and he knew my name as well. How did he get my information? We have the technology why can't calls from this number be recorded and legal action be taken? If they say send it to a certain address or account number have some type of hold on the account and have the address checked out.,so the people who fall for the scam can be given their money back.

The caller has an Indian accent and when I told him I was going to have the police call him back he hung up. He told me he was from the ins and I had committed fraud. When I to him I didn't committed fraud he put someone else on the line and I told him the same thing. He also told me I was going to be arrested in 45 mins then they said tomorrow. It's a scam.
I don't know what this was, but a man called and claimed that the IRS was making a case against me. I checked the number online and it turns out this number is an originator for multiple scams. Said his name was Kevin, and that he was an IRS agent.
For some reason these Indian IRS scammers love the name Kevin. I've personally cussed out someone by the name of Kevin and threatened him with an airstrike by a US drone. He laffed at my cussing him out but shut-up quick when the subject of an airstrike came up.
Everyone ought to threaten an Indian scammer with an airstrike. Also tell them they are not getting one Rupee from you. Yeah, I know--it wouldn't do much good in the long run, but it makes you feel good.
Some man called my by my full name, with a heavy accent today April 27, 2014 & left a voice message stating:
My name is Ken or Ben Joseph (Hard to tell what he said his name is) called from Iris (or IRS maybe)? I had been listed as the primary subject in a case filed by IRS! Call us back! Our # is 786-398-9367, I repeat 786-398-9367! It was so much static & noise in the background on the vm, almost sounded like a prison????
I did a check on this telephone number & found all of these comments! I hope & pray the authorities can catch this fool.
