Had a voicemail message like the comments from others. Kevin, a PI, legal action, blah blah blah... Scammers. Ridiculous. Message deleted and their number blocked.
Kevin Temple OR Tempo claimed that he was a private investigator, and that my social security number and my name were involved in a case he is working on. He said that charges would be filed against me if I didn't give him a call back. He never addressed me by my name. I called back, and someone (probably him) answered and said, "Legal Mediation, did you receive a phone call?" SCAM. Don't bother with this.
I have received several calla from this number. Until today no one has responded after I said hello. Today they reported being private investigators and I was under investigation and could be prosecuted if I refused to cooperate.
I had the same call on 1/6/15. They had a lot of personal info. I didn't believe a thing they said. The guy was going by the name of Anthony then switched to Kevin. What private investigator says that they are privately investigating you. I told them I knew it was a scam and they hung up right away. I am going to file a police report today and I will be placing a fraud alert on my SSN#
