Same here also Christina Brown called and left same message- I call them back and asked for their names and office location before I give them any of my information- it was then that they hung up on me and also blocked my calls because now I can't call them back to harass them- only busy signal when I call their number.
Received the same call as others on my answering machine. Immediately skeptical of her broken and hard to understand english. I'll call them as soon as I finish my reply to the Nigerian Prince. ;-)
I'm in hospital being treated for cancer. I checked my landline voicemail and had a message from a very heavy thick accented woman which pretty much all I could make out was "enforcement action" against me and she left a phone number to return the phone call. Same phone number that I Googled to find out what it was, if it was a scam or something and obviously it is.I tried calling it back and it rang over 20 times and hung up on me. Then I called back and after 3 rings talked to a guy who asked what number I received the call on I gave him the landline # he said he did not have the paperwork in front of him and hung up on me. I will be reporting them to the do not call phone list and anybody else I can get to report to.

I got the call from the Legal Dept.... to avoid a legal mess, I'm to call them back.
It's ridiculous. If they want to pull a scam, they should at least use a person who can speak good English.
I just laughed and deleted the message.
Left same message. Something about GLOBAL MODIFICATION... ENFORCEMENT ACT... LEGAL MESS. NUMBER ON CALLER ID WAS 786-235-8069. If its a legal matter with the IRS, you will get a letter with a number to call and they can verify your information. I know, I just got an inquiry by the state and a letter about an inquiry from the IRS with dates filed and no other personal info like ss# etc. Also, if from IRS, you can go online to IRS.gov to verify or send notification.
