Happy, do you work for a group that does this type of calling? Anyway, any expense that a dentist/doctor or whomever expends gets passed on to the consumer.
Received this call, was not home; however, no message was left on voicemail. Had this been an appointment reminder, a message would have been left. I don't think it's a good idea for any professional to utilize a reminder service that is unfamiliar to the patient. Most doctors/dentists expect an appointment confirmation so this type of call from an unknown number/name is not helpful. I won't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number. To many scammers out there.
