From what I read, Doctor Aquarium did not ask Solutionreach to call him, so answer or not - that is his choice. It dam sure isn't your right to judge his choice. You have no point to make beyond being insulting to someone who seems to be standing up to unwanted calls, working out how to get less of them, which is what this board is about.
Answering the first call is a tactical error 90% of the time. If dealing with scammers, answering will get you more calls. If a legit caller is not leaving messages or showing on CID, anyone has the right NOT to answer a call. With more and more numbers being spoofed, not answering unknown calls is sensible.
