Two days ago my Dentist called using his office phone and left a message reminding me of my appointment and asking me to call back to verify that I got the message and will keep the appointment. So the next day I call as they requested. Then today I get this robo call from a different area code reminding me of the appointment. Expenses like this are why his rates are so high. I'm planning on changing dentists after the next appointment which he forced me to prepay a year in advance to get a competitive rate for 2 replacement crowns.
Grumpy, it's the uninformed like you and this post that contributes nothing to this site. Automated appt reminder services like this are dirt cheap - and why some choose to use them. That has nothing to do with your perception of rates and how your dentist does business. This site is to share who a phone number belongs to, not listen to your petty gripes.
