Rude employees, poor communication, poor software management. Inability to fix problems . For example, calls made to patients who have no appointments scheduled and so forth. Difficulty in terminating service contracts.
Good company to stay away from.
We didn't recognize the "Solutions Reach A" CID or the 801 area code...didn't answer the call, and missed our dental appointment--which apparently is why they were calling, according to the posts here. I'm going to give our dentist a choice: Either send reminder calls from their local office, or we'll move on to someone who's more client friendly. Using a Utah call center for a Colorado dentist, and failing to leave a message, is not only bad business--it's bad FOR business!
