That's not crazy, it is the "VOIP phone number" which is used for computer-to-computer calls.
These call originators don't have a phone number until they want to call PSTN numbers. Services like Magic Jack, Vonage, Google Voice, Skype, provide phone numbers when the customer pays for it.

If u call the number back u get a recording it doesn't tell u who they are and it says it will call u back with in a day and if u think they called u in a error press one. And it hangs up. It's a Rip off what ever it is A Scam a fishing for real working numbers.
This is one of those scammers who program the caller id space on your phone screen to display something crazy: V72314221100749 (in my case). My call blocker indicates that the call comes from East Asia. Almost guaranteed to be an Indian scammer!
