I had same thing happen, but in this case the name he asked for wasn't mine and no one I knew. I hardly ever use my call phone but answered because it had a VT area code the state I live in. I wonder if there is a way to report this to the state? The Do Not Call reg doesn't seem to do anything and this place isn't trying to sell anything (maybe just see if it's a real number?)
I keep getting phone calls from this company. They say they saw my resume on Monster.com. Right there I knew that was a lie. I am not registered on Monster.com and I do not have any resumes posted either there CareerBuilder and Indeed. When I confronted Sue about this she got very angry with me. Its a sneaky phishing tactic to obtain your personal information.
I juat recieved a call from a women that I couldent even under stand her name the calls ckme up a vermont number but these people are located in the philippines I work at a call center as a supervisor and the company I work for thrus some of are calls to a call center they have over there so I'm not sure if that the same kinda this ... but I asked her where she was calling from she said wiliston ct I was like I'm not looking for work in vermont I'm moving out of state thanks and she said have u relocated yet I said I will be soon she dident say nothin and I was like ok she whispered and I said what she then saiid ty and then i diconnected the call
