Received a call stating they were calling from the CT state dept of health. After informing them I was on the DNC list they informed they had reached my number through a process of Random Digital Dialing. Which is something about how there diaper is set up with the area code and prefix automatically then the dialed proceeds to dial the last 4 digits at random (I guess to avoid any form of discrimination based on income, martial status, or race). After a few more questions I had felt comfortable enough to participate. No indentifying information was asked of me and for some of the questions I refused to answer the interviewer would politely move on to whatever question they had next without any hassle. It's a long twenty minutes but it was informative and overall not as bad as I had thought it was going to be
Received a call from ICF asking for health information. This is an intrusive action which attempts to gain privileged and confidential information protected by HIPPA. Do not disclose this information, as this coul lead to increased insurance premiums, and inappropriate sharing of information with third parties.
I've received multiple calls from this number claiming to be the CT Department of Public Health from Vermont, and have asked for my health information. I've asked to been taken off the call list and clearly, they have not done so.
I finally saved this number to my contacts, labelled it "blocked" and assigned it "no ring".. They still keep calling, but at least I'm not disturbed by the ring. This is certainly a nuisance.

Trying to ask lots of personal questions. We've had at least 12 calls over the past week. Told them we will not answer their questions and do not call again, but they do. They're argumentative and keep saying this is a necessary government survey to protect our health!
I traced the telephone company from where the numbers are registered and they said they wouldn't help as they wouldn't play 'judge and jury' so go to the police instead! They refused to budge. I've had to pay extra to put them on call blocking from my home phone.
I'm sick of getting calls like this even though we are on the do-not-call list.
I continue to get phone calls from them even though my husband answered my phone last week and answered their questions to the survey.... The only reason he answered the call is because it was a VT# and we have family there... So like many others have stated this number now goes right to voice mail.
