Lady called claiming to be with Direct TV and wanting to offer me channels for free for several months, for being a valued customer. I asked her if I would need to call back to cancel the channels later and she said I would get emails informing me before they would charge my account. I hung up and looked at the channels she said she was giving me, I immediately called Direct TV to tell them I did not want these channels. They were adult channels. Direct TV said there was no changes to my account and that the 805-256-1462 is not them. Do not pick up!
This place has called my phone a couple of times and it shows the number as a debt collector..why they would be calling my phone I have no idea, because my bills are paid every month, so it has to be some scam or something.
Caller ID: DIRECTV. I am a customer. They called I answered, a woman read off a script telling me I was getting a free 3 month trial of some channels I do not want. Was almost incapable of answering any question. After going around several times I found I have to cancel in 3 months to avoid a new $5 charge on my bill. Thanks, no thanks.
This is a directv number. Answered it tonight. Because I had a recent service issue they are giving me the hd pack of channels free for 3 mos. thanked me for my service & told me to have a good day. No info was asked for.
They called me on the same day. I called Direct TV this not them. They offered me a promotion too but I never received it.....I was told others were given the same false promises. Did you get your channels?
This number calls everyday ! I see people are saying it's directv . I just paid my bill so I know it's not for that. They never leave a voice mail. Sometimes they will call back to back I had dish and never had this problem!!
