I have a brother serving in Iraq. He was calling from overseas from his cell phone and this number showed up.

Satellite Phones are relayed through Hawaii from the troops in the Mideast.  It may show up as AT&T HITS (Headend In The Sky).

I think yall is being cheated, my husband is in the army and he called from this number and he said that they are in hawaii...
